Julia Davis Park

I found a piece of home today when we went to a park in downtown Boise. It reminded me of Ohio, and helped relieve some of my homesickness. It had a beautiful rose garden in full bloom, and I wish I could have brought the smell home (my house could definitely use it). There was a fun trail along the river, I believe it's called the "Green Belt", that we really enjoyed. The big trees were awesome!! We'll be going there again soon.

How nice. I do miss some of those wonderful parks in Ohio. I think that you will be able to make your new place home and become happy there. It just takes a little while, but you and your family are such great people that it won't be too long that you have built some new life long friendships.

JILL!! Isn't the blogging world fun to find long lost friends? Your family is adorable! I had heard you had 3 boys and you were somewhere back east I think from Josie or Amber. Glad your hubby is done with his school and you are more settled. (Idaho right?) I would love to hear from you! Our blog is private but you can email me at cbrook1105@hotmail.com and I'll send you over an invite. Glad I found you!
